Today I want to talk about the benefit of a massage, not a lot of people know that having a massage comes with many benefits. I know I touched on this briefly in an Instagram post but today I will be elaborating a bit more on the benefits of a massage.

One of the most common known benefits of a massage is relaxation but there are also other benefits of a massage such as: it reduces muscle tension, it improves circulation, it reduces stress hormones, it increases mobility and flexibility, it improves the recovery of soft tissue injuries, it reduces anxiety and depression and it also improves your sleep. Did you know all of that?
